For trade businesses

A digital setup
tailored to your trade.

Offer for commercial trade businesses (B2B only). We set up the full digital basics: website, online booking, Google visibility, reviews. We tailor the modules to your trade — the underlying structure stays the same, only the focus shifts.

Pilot trade

Right now we're rolling out the full setup with hairdressers first. See the hairdresser showcase. Other trades after a short conversation.

First modules — fully configured.

We build modules once, properly, then adapt per trade. So you get what actually works for your business — no feature shopping list.

Tools

We only deploy modules where they'll actually move the needle for your trade.

Six concrete features. No feature soup.

  • Pre-qualify enquiries without phone ping-pong

The enquiry form asks for a photo, location and urgency right away. You get an email with everything you need, decide if it fits and reply with a concrete proposal in one go. That saves the two clarifying calls.

  • Appointments in your calendar, not on your voicemail

Customers book from the slots you've released. You stay in full control of which slots are offered when. Evenings, weekends, with or without an after-hours surcharge.

  • References that actually show your work

A gallery of before-and-after shots, sorted by job type. Customers click through and see whether your style fits. Trust comes from images, not slogans.

  • Reviews as a trust anchor

Recent Google reviews shown directly on your site — GDPR-compliant, no iFrame and no tracker. A new review today, a new entry on your site tomorrow, automatically.

  • Emergency-service notice without the stress

A clear block on your homepage with availability times, emergency conditions and a separate emergency number. So you're reachable without sitting on the phone all day.

  • Google Business Profile done right

We set up your Google profile with you, fill in hours, services and photos. Google requires the owner to verify the listing — you handle that step with our video guide. Time depends on Google, usually one to three weeks.

Focus

We know the trades from personal proximity — examples from across Franconia (Upper, Middle, Lower).

Most ill-fitting enquiries cost you time. A good website filters them out before they ever land on your desk as a phone call.
Workshop notes

How we work

Written support. Human-reviewed. Everything on the record.

We're a small operation in Eggolsheim, Germany. Our service model is deliberately lean — written, AI-prepared, location-independent. So we can deliver real craft at a flat price, and you get every commitment documented.

What you get

  • Written support by email

You write us, we reply — typically within one working day on weekdays. Every promise stays on the record. No phone tag, no forgotten callbacks.

  • AI-prepared, human-verified

We use AI hosted in the EU to draft replies and prepare answers. A human then reads, edits and sends. You always get a real answer from a real person — never an auto-bot.

  • AI-guided onboarding

You send us logo, photos and your service list through a guided onboarding dialogue. Faster than an on-site visit, complete and fully traceable — we have everything we need to build, you keep a clean record of what was agreed.

  • Documented step-by-step guides

For things you'll do yourself (Google verification, calendar slot maintenance), we provide written and video guides in your customer portal — so you can re-read anything at any time, no waiting for a callback.

Where our boundaries are

  • Location-independent — written, not on-site

We work location-independent from Eggolsheim. Every commitment is documented in writing, so nothing gets lost between us and you. That's why our flat price works.

  • Email first, phone for contracts and emergencies

We reply in writing — typically within one working day. Phone we use deliberately: contract appointments and genuine emergencies. Writing is faster for first contact, more accurate, and traceable.

  • Structured onboarding instead of discovery interviews

Instead of hours-long discovery interviews, our AI-guided onboarding asks exactly what's needed — nothing more. You finish in your own time, we get a clean brief, and you have everything documented.

Keep the relationship

What happens to whoever built your current site?

Many trade websites have grown over the years — often a son, a nephew, a friend lent a hand. That was the right call back then, and today it's no reason to disappoint anyone.

We take over the professional backend: hosting in German data centres, SSL, daily backup, accessibility under the EU Accessibility Act, Google profile maintenance, legal pages. Things that shouldn't happen on the side, because they create liability and need routine.

Whoever maintained your site so far can carry on — for personal content, photos, small changes — if you want them to. We're happy to set them up with an editor account. It's not an either-or.

It's not an either-or.

AI for your business

AI for your business.
Human-verified.

We build the website. And we take the office work off your plate — AI prepares, a human verifies and sends. Always.

  • Mail triage

New heating enquiry? AI extracts address, issue, urgency. You see what matters first.

Saves 4 to 8 hours per month

  • Chat widget

Standard questions — emergency hours, service area, price brackets — answered round the clock.

    Fewer after-hours calls

  • Enquiry pre-qualification

AI asks for a photo, address and urgency. You get the full enquiry, not the callback.

    Better dispatching

  • Review replies

Brand-consistent reply drafts for Google reviews. One click — good for SEO and reputation.

    Visibility on Google

  • Weekly digest

Monday morning: how many enquiries, which are open, which are revenue-critical. Clear view.

    No enquiry slips through

  • Maintenance reminders

Annual boiler service? AI prepares the reminder 4 weeks ahead — you release it.

    Regulars stay engaged

How exactly does that work?

Concrete: four to eight hours per week — in the typical case.

We don't quote fantasy numbers. The eight AI levers in Pro Plus AI save a 1- to 3-person trade business four to eight hours per week in a typical case — depending on enquiry, appointment and photo volume. How we arrive at that number, which studies back it (KfW 2025, Bitkom Handwerk 2025, St. Louis Fed 2025, QJE 2025) and where the limits sit, is laid out openly on the evidence page.

How we fit in

We sit on top — we don't replace your stack

Your existing tools keep working. We add the customer-facing layer that wraps around them — so you get the right tool everywhere and a single, clean handover.

  1. Your accounting stays with you

DATEV (Unternehmen Online), Lexware Office, sevDesk and your tax advisor

the stack works — we dock onto the document transfer (DATEV Unternehmen Online, asynchronous, no real-time pressure). Your tax advisor stays your tax advisor.

  2. Trade-specific software stays specialist work

Your existing trade software — pds, HERO or Plancraft for plumbing and painting, studiolution or Phorest for salons — stays your system

the specialists have been in these workflows for decades. We integrate at the front door (enquiry, booking, pre-qualification) and the status layer back to your customer — your master data and jobs stay where they are today.

  3. Cash registers we recommend

Tillhub and ready2order as API-open cloud POS with TSE, Lightspeed where already in use

BSI-certified TSE cash registers are a regulatory field of their own — we don't build one. We dock on so you avoid double-entry: end-of-day to your tax advisor, customer touchpoint back to your website.

If your current software has no open API, we dock on at the front door — website enquiry, WhatsApp, missed-call capture. No replacement, no double-entry.

We sit on top. Your existing stack stays yours.

How your site works on a normal day.

  1. Sunday, 21:40

    Sunday evening call: heating broken

On your homepage the customer immediately sees your emergency hours and the right number. Calls outside emergency hours land automatically in the enquiry form, asking for a photo and urgency. You reply on Monday with a concrete offer.

  2. Wednesday, 14:00

Saturday haircut — booked at 14:00 on Wednesday

A regular sees your website during her lunch walk, clicks „book appointment", picks Saturday 11:30, enters the service („cut + colour") and her email. Confirmation right away, reminder 24 hours before. The appointment shows in your Google calendar — that's all you need to do.

  3. Friday, 09:15

Property firm looking for a plumbing partner

The firm finds you on Google. On your site they see residential references, clear capacity information and a serious self-presentation. Enquiry by email with all the details, you have everything you need for a quote.

Three questions we hear a lot in 2026.

What the website has to do with e-invoicing, GoBD retention and customer photos — and what it doesn't. We write clearly where our responsibility starts and where it ends.

Does my website have anything to do with the German e-invoicing obligation (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) from 2025/2026?
No. The e-invoicing obligation applies to invoices between businesses in Germany and concerns your accounting software (DATEV, Lexware, sevDesk) — not your website. We deliberately don't replace accounting. What the website can help with: structuring enquiry forms so the key invoicing data (company name, VAT ID, address, order reference) is captured cleanly at first contact — that saves your accountant a round of back-and-forth.
How do website and terms relate to the German GoBD retention rules?
GoBD-relevant data (invoices, business correspondence, tax-relevant documents) must be kept for 10 years in an audit-proof system — that belongs in your accounting software, not in your website. Our hosting in Germany with daily backup is a safety net, not a GoBD-certified archive. Contact-form messages, bookings and reviews are purged according to the deletion periods in our privacy policy. On contract end we provide your content as an export.
What do I need to watch for, GDPR-wise, with customer photos (e.g. before-and-after shots in the salon)?
You need written, voluntary and revocable consent from the person shown before you publish — best documented via form or email. Blanket „terms“ clauses are not enough. For minors the guardians must agree. We provide a simple consent form and set up the gallery so individual images can be removed on request. Missing consent is actionable under German competition law and the GDPR.

Clarity

We don't replace your accounting and we don't replace your archive. We deliver the website and what surrounds it — cleanly and traceably.
