What salon owners ask first.

  • We're a single salon with two stylists. Is this worth it for us?

    Yes — particularly then. With two stylists every phone call is stressful because one of you is always at the chair. Online booking removes 60 to 80 percent of phone calls. From five plus stylists onwards, SMS reminders against no-shows pay off on top.

  • What if we can't find our way around the booking tool?

    We set everything up, train you for 30 minutes, and stay your contact afterwards. You only maintain slot availability — an hour to set up, then routine. Any question, just write us, reply within one working day.

  • How does the WhatsApp intake work in practice?

    Your customer messages your salon's central WhatsApp number (one per salon, not per employee): 'Hi, need a cut + colour Thursday.' The AI reads it, checks the calendar against service duration and buffer time, suggests two to three slots and asks which stylist. Once the customer confirms a slot, you see a preview on your phone — customer name, service, slot, expected price. One tap 'release' and the booking sits in the calendar, confirmation goes back as WhatsApp. Reply time for the customer: typically under 60 seconds. Reply time from you: 10 seconds, between two customers at the basin.

  • What happens if two customers book the same slot at the same time?

    The moment the AI offers a slot to one customer, it's locked for 60 seconds — the second enquiry doesn't see it. If the first customer doesn't confirm within the minute, the slot is released and the second enquiry can claim it. Real edge cases (both confirm in the same second, conflicting stylist preferences, a phone note from inside the salon colliding with an online booking) drop into your approval queue automatically — next morning you see a suggestion 'move appointment X to Wednesday, draft reply ready' and decide with one tap.

  • Why no 100% auto-reply?

    Because your salon's name is on the reply, not ours. An AI that hands out 47 appointments alone overnight and gets two of them wrong (reads 'just a cut' instead of 'cut + colour' — slot too short, another customer waits) is a risk we won't put on a three-stylist salon. Our rule: the AI prepares, a human (you, or us on Pro Plus AI) releases. 10 seconds per release — zero wrong bookings in your name.

  • Why not a booking marketplace?

    Three hard differences: (1) Booking marketplaces typically finance themselves through commission on every new-customer booking (publicly documented platform comparisons such as studiolution.com 03/2026 show 35 percent on first bookings is common) — we charge 0 percent, flat EUR 149/month net. (2) Marketplaces expose your customer data on the platform and route the same person to competitor salons in your postcode; with us, addresses, phone numbers and booking history stay exclusively yours. (3) Treatwell discontinued its SMS reminder service in June 2024 (publicly documented, ibid.) — with us the WhatsApp 24h + 2h reminder is standard inside Pro Plus AI, no per-message SMS accounting.   • What does SMS reminder cost on top (if you don't want WhatsApp)?

    If you prefer SMS instead of WhatsApp: EUR 19 per month net for the integration plus SMS costs (via SMS provider, current price passed through — around 6 to 10 cents per SMS, as of 05/2026). At 50 appointments per week with reminder, that's about EUR 15 in SMS — so EUR 34 total surcharge per month, net. Optional, never required.   • We already have a website. Do we have to throw it away?

    No, but we end up rebuilding most salon websites — not out of vanity, but because old sites often aren't mobile-optimised, aren't accessibility-compliant, and aren't ready for modules like online booking. We review your current site free of charge and tell you honestly what makes sense.

  • What does "AI-prepared, human-verified" mean?

    The AI reads incoming mails or chat messages and drafts a reply in your salon's voice. Same for a new Google review. You or we release the draft with one click — only then does it go out. The AI never acts alone in your name. We call it "prepared reply, released in 10 seconds".

  • What about data protection with AI?

    All AI processing runs in German data centres or EU-compliant within the EU/EEA. No US cloud provider sees your data or your customers'. The AI doesn't use your data for training.
