Name

Why „meisterkontor“.

The name is built from two very German words. Meister means the master craftsman — the owner who runs the business, carries the liability, and delivers the quality. Kontor is the old Hanseatic term for a business office, a trading and administration post that keeps the day-to-day running.

Put together: the digital office of the master. We take care of the website, availability, Google profile, enquiries, and AI-prepared customer communication — you do the craft. That is the division of labour we are aiming for.

We write „meisterkontor" consistently in lowercase — as a wordmark, not as the company name. The legal entity and GDPR-responsible party is FloriCore Software UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

I'm the founder , based in Eggolsheim in Upper Franconia, and managing director of FloriCore Software UG (haftungsbeschränkt), registered with the Bamberg commercial court under HRB 12473.

I'm an active member of a volunteer fire brigade myself, and through my software products I've been building tools for fire brigades, clubs and local councils across the region for years. From the many conversations with small businesses and clubs it became clear: what trade businesses need isn't the next expensive agency, but a fairly priced, honest, complete digital setup — website plus booking plus reviews plus Google — that actually brings enquiries.

meisterkontor is my offer for exactly those businesses. The brand operates openly under FloriCore Software UG (haftungsbeschränkt), because that's the correct legal structure and because I have no reason to hide it. We work location-independent, supported in writing by email — every mail AI-prepared and personally read, edited and sent by me. Onboarding runs AI-guided: you send us logo, photos and your service list through a guided dialogue, everything stays documented. Phone deliberately for contract appointments and genuine emergencies — that's how the flat price works.
