    Currently piloting with hairdressers as our showcase trade. The modules are built so we can adapt them per industry — beauty, dog grooming, massage work with minimal effort. Car repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry need a different workflow (enquiry instead of booking) — we discuss that case by case. We serve trade businesses across all of Franconia (Upper, Middle, Lower).

  • How do you tell your nephew/cousin who built your old site?

    You don't have to "switch". You're booking professional services from us they likely never offered: German hosting with backup, accessibility compliance, cookie law, Google profile maintenance, monthly updates. That's professional work that ties up time and liability — most hobby web designers are happy to hand it over. After signing we send a ready-made email you can adapt. If they want to keep contributing photos and small updates, we'll set up an editor account for them. It's not an either-or.

  • How quickly can we be up and running?

  • What happens to my data?

    Hosted exclusively in German data centres. No US cloud provider sees your customer data. Domain, content and customer data all belong to you — even after cancellation. When the contract ends we provide your content as an export and a domain-transfer guide. Migration into a third-party CMS is not part of our service.

  • Is AI involved? And is that a problem?

    We use AI during the build phase to be faster and more affordable. A human reviews every page before it goes live. If you have questions later, a human answers personally — not a chatbot.

  • What does "AI-prepared, human-verified" mean?

    With Pro Plus AI, our AI levers read incoming mails, chat messages or new Google reviews and produce a draft reply in your business's voice. We or you release the draft with one click — only then does it go out. The AI never acts alone in your name. We call it "prepared reply, released in 10 seconds".

  • What about data protection with AI?

    All AI processing runs in German data centres or EU-compliant within the EU/EEA. No US cloud provider sees your data or your customers' data. The AI doesn't use your data for training.
