From your existing appointment system, provided it has a suitable interface. We check this before activation. Without a reliable source we switch nothing on.

What does a single text cost?

That depends on provider and destination network. You pay the actual cost, which we tell you beforehand and show on the invoice.

May we simply remind customers by text?

You must be allowed to use the contact details for this purpose. We clarify together before launch how to handle that properly in the booking flow.
