What is included in Basic?
We create a five-to-seven-page website, set up the domain, business email and technical search foundation. We then handle hosting, backups, technical monitoring and small changes within the existing scope. A quarterly report documents operation and completed work.
What counts as a small change?
Text, image or opening-hours changes within existing pages and functions. New pages, a redesign, a shop, complex integrations and ongoing editorial campaigns are not automatically included. Additional scope is agreed before implementation.
How quickly can we start?
After the briefing and content review, we agree a timeline. Access, photos, feedback and external approvals can affect it. The website goes live only after your approval.

Why is there a monthly fee?
The price covers more than creation: it includes the agreed ongoing operation and care. “Get found” work and review replies are clearly separate additional services.
What does setup cost?
One-time setup is EUR 149 net, waived with a 12-month contract. Annual prepayment: Basic EUR 528 net and Pro Plus AI EUR 1,608 net per year. Statutory VAT is additional. Contract details are set out in the offer and terms.
Are add-ons included in Pro Plus AI?
“Get found” and review management are included and are not charged again. SMS reminders remain separate: EUR 19 net monthly plus actual provider charges.
What happens when I cancel?
Your domain, content and customer data remain yours. At the end of the contract you receive an agreed export and domain-transfer guidance. Rebuilding the site in another system is not included. The agreed contract term applies.

What stays
yours.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. We check access, ownership and the right transfer process together. Existing email accounts are not moved without checking. Your domain, content and customer data remain yours.
Does AI reply in my name without control?
No. Permitted actions, tone and approvals are agreed before launch. Explicitly approved, low-risk cases may run under agreed rules. Critical, sensitive or unsupported cases are escalated to the agreed approver.
How does support work?
Send us your request. The first personal response is usually within one working day. This is a response target, not a promise that every change will be completed within that time. We arrange a call where useful.
